Formerly the Executive Vice President and Director of Wealth and Affluent Strategy at a leading financial institution, Zack built a reputation for crafting innovative, client-centric strategies that meet the evolving needs of high-performing individuals and organizations.
With decades of experience leading at the highest levels, Zack brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep insight into what makes organizations thrive. While his career was built in financial services, the principles he mastered—aligning vision with execution, building empowered teams, and driving sustainable growth—translate seamlessly across industries and sectors. His leadership style reflects a core belief in the power of aligned vision, empowered teams, and client-centered results.

Meet the Team
Malini Katzen
Malini (Mali) is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience directing and managing global financial institutions through complex operational and product strategies. She values the importance of smooth client experiences during the entire cycle of system and product conversions, and she is recognized for her ability to create meaningful processes for clients and employees.
She is skilled in effectively working with cross functional teams to create and deliver transformation with the use of machine learning and AI, operational strategy, and large-scale systems and product conversions.
Today, she is focused on bringing this same approach to her consulting work, helping organizations and leaders refine their client experience, strengthen their product strategy, and execute large‑scale transformation with confidence.
Outside of her professional work, Mali enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteers with organizations that support women, children, and her church community.
